I initially met Debbie Thanksgiving weekend 2018; my father had passed away and I needed to sell the home I grew up in. We made a plan for what needed to be done and set up timelines. As I live 400 miles away I was very dependent upon Debbie for advice and assistance-she was there every step of the way for me. My parents had lived in the house for 50+ years so there was a lot to be done and I could not be there all the time. Not only did Debbie get my asking price and a 30 day closing but she also provided a shoulder for me to cry on, understanding the emotional side of letting go.
